to discover a seam,
where the edges of infinitesimal
spheres failed
to meet, like mismatched wallpaper,
a tear in the curtain, conviction
of things disappeared.
A natural pursuit in the desert;
the name implies departure,
an empty stage, asks
why is there nothing rather than something?
The sand attests, âTony was here.â
The sand took him in, erased his footprints
as he approached an oasis
of sand.
All that absorbs is desire
for absorption is desire:
sunblinding force.
